      Nowadays，a great number of people，especial young people，enjoy order meals online.It's not surprised.First，as the pace of modern life is becoming faster and faster，people have less time to cook even one meal for them.Second，the development of technology brought us smart phones and new APPs，what may lead to the increase in online service.Therefore，we should pay more attention to food.As it is known to all，our health is closely related to what we eat.Although the service provides us with convenience，we must take the food safety onto consideration.Home-made food is cleaner and healthier，so I prefer cook food at home rather than order meals online.
