Australian journalist and science writer，Julian Cribb，explains the challenges.Cribb says there is a major problem in the current food system，especially in the developed world.As more and more people move towards city centers，the less and less they know about where their food comes from.Most think food simply grows on supermarket shelves，and they don't consider the environmental effects of food production.
